📦 Theronix Shipping Policy

At Theronix, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and secure delivery for every order. Our goal is to ensure that your products reach you on time, in perfect condition, with full transparency at every step.
1. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days once payment has cleared.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed the following business day.
Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
If an order requires additional verification, you will be contacted directly.
2. Delivery Timeframes
We use trusted, insured couriers to ensure safe delivery.
Estimated delivery times:
Major cities: 1–3 business days
Outlying / rural areas: 2–5 business days
Delivery times may vary based on courier availability, route delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Free shipping promotions may be offered during campaigns or special events.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
A shipment confirmation email, and
A tracking number with a link to track your parcel in real time.
If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours, please contact us.
5. Delivery Requirements
A signature may be required upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.
If no one is available, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave a collection notice.
Theronix is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Please ensure your address and contact number are correct before completing checkout.
6. Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:
Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date).
Provide:
Order number
Photos of packaging/product (if applicable)
A brief description of the issue
We will assist in resolving the matter promptly with the courier.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We ship nationwide.
Should delivery to a specific location be unavailable or restricted, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.
